A complete week in Kerala, from misty tea hills to beach sunsets. You spend two nights in Munnar, a night in Thekkady’s spice country, a night on a private houseboat in Alleppey, and two relaxed nights on the Kovalam coast. The trip starts in Kochi and ends in Trivandrum, so there is no backtracking. One private driver stays with you the whole way.

Day 01 :

Kochi to Munnar

Pickup from Kochi airport, railway station or hotel. Scenic drive up to Munnar with stops at Cheeyappara and Valara waterfalls. Check in and relax.

Day 02 :

Munnar sightseeing

After breakfast, visit Eravikulam National Park (subject to the park being open), the Tea Museum, Mattupetty Dam and Echo Point, with tea estate photo stops.

Day 03 :

Munnar to Thekkady

Drive through cardamom hills to Thekkady and visit a spice plantation. Optional Kathakali or Kalaripayattu show in the evening.

Day 04 :

Thekkady to Alleppey houseboat

Early boat ride on Periyar Lake (tickets extra, subject to availability). Drive to Alleppey and board your private houseboat. Cruise the backwaters with Kerala meals cooked on board.

Day 05 :

Alleppey to Kovalam

Breakfast on the houseboat, then drive south along the coast to Kovalam. Check in and spend the evening on the beach.

Day 06 :

Kovalam at leisure

A free day to relax at the beach, try an Ayurvedic massage, or visit the Vizhinjam lighthouse area. Your driver is available for short trips nearby.

Day 07 :

Kovalam to Trivandrum

After breakfast, check out and drive to Trivandrum for your drop at the airport or railway station.
